July 2018 Rally

The rally held at Christopher Run Campground near Lake Anna was different than most and enjoyed by all. It did rain on Saturday but we still headed out to the farmer’s market and sight-seeing as well as visiting the apple cider mill.
Dinner at Timm’s seafood restaurant was outstanding. Weather was clear and just the right temperature to eat outside overlooking the marina. The food was superb and the company couldn’t have been better.
Now to the great revelation. We had a grand total of 3 coaches for this rally. It ranks right up there with one of our smaller rallies but we all agreed it gave us a great chance to get to know each other better.
Those in attendance were: John and Robbie Davis, Dennis Sarmento and Gene an Judy Matthews (and 4 dogs). Barbara Sarmento left for California just days before the rally to help her daughter and new grandbaby. Congratulations to another new set of grandparents!
