June 2022 Rally

Our June Rally at Devils Backbone Camp with hosts Donna and Tim Handy and Sherree and Baynard Barton was very successful, and we had a great time! The Rally brought in summer with an Aloha theme. Aloha means love and friendship in Hawaiian and we celebrated the summer solstice with wonderful food and fellowship.
Attendees included the hosts and Jeremy and Sarah Bishop, Leon and Joanne Kates, Gary and Jane Lambert, Gene and Judy Matthews, Rex Monroe and Betty Franklin, and Kamal Rojiani.
Our group visited Crabtree Falls, Hazy Mountain Vineyard, Wintergreen Resort, the Crozet Tunnel, and the Silverback Distillery in addition to supporting some of the local vendors.
We were treated to a delicious assortment of shared food; we even had a guest from California and two hikers from England to help us celebrate.
