July 2017 Rally

The "HOT" July Rally was held at Natural Bridge KOA, hosted by Ralph and Pat Housden and Dennis and Barbara Sarmento. We had a wonderful turnout of 14 RVs, including guest of Dave and Joyce Martin, Bill and Margaret Parker.
We kicked off the rally on Friday, after an afternoon of sightseeing and Happy Hour ("Conviviality") , with dinner at the 50's & 60's themed restaurant, The Pink Cadillac. The food was good and the company was great!
Breakfast on Saturday morning was provided by the hosts followed by the business meeting. Immediately after the meeting, the group gathered at the Safari Park and rode on a private wagon and feed all the "hungry animals". Despite the heat, we enjoyed the Safari Park! That evening, dinner was provided by the hosts and the yummy desserts were made by our Feliza Jones and ice cream provided by Debbie and Neil Strong.
Early Sunday a continental breakfast and "leftovers" were provided by the hosts, followed by devotions from President Judy Matthews.
On behalf of the Housdens and Sarmentos, we would like to thank all of those who could attend this July rally. Despite the high heat and occasional thunderstorm, it was a wonderful rally and experience!
